  • Client engagement data: Client/Company name, PAN, GST, address, authorised signatory details, employee payroll data (names, DOB, designation, salary, bank account, Aadhaar, UAN, ESIC IP number, nominee details) and other statutory information required for compliance filings.
  • Correspondence data: Records of emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, meetings and inspection representations we conduct on your behalf.

  • Device, browser type, operating system, IP address, referring website, pages visited, and the date and time of each visit.

  3. Compliance & legal obligations: To meet our obligations under Indian labour law, the EPF & MP Act, ESIC, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutes, including responding to lawful government / departmental notices.
  4. Operational administration: Invoicing, fee collection, file storage, document management, internal audits, and training of our personnel.
  5. Communication: Sending quarterly compliance calendars, due-date reminders, blog newsletters and knowledge resources — always with an easy unsubscribe option.
